nebulous driftinggggg
why does sleep flee?
head ablaze, eyes dim
breathe!
in-out-in-out
out for a while
wake up and cough out the phlegm.
weary wander
far away fantasy
when will you be near me
to check my breathing in my sleep?
cold bed,
feel throbbing of the head,
still not counted among the dead.
thankful.
life would be better
could be better
will be better
soon.
all I need to do is wait
wait of the Lord,
and He will provide
rocket prayer
all I have
lord protect me tonight.
hampered, delirious
try to sleep,
thank you oh God
for how Your love
never changes
even when bodies fail,
And I fall asleep.
fall asleep, dream a peaceful dream
fall asleep, fast asleep.
